No.17. Grønnestølen Gaard is a group of buildings dating back to the 1780s, originally a country residence, but run as a farm from 1810 right up to the 1960s. Today the animal husbandry has been reduced to a few free-range hens and a cat. The farm now covers a good 5 decares and consists of the main building and pigsty ( belonging to no.19 ). The outbuilding, cottage, smithy, and hen house are now No.17.

There is a common lounge, Fully equipped kitchen and two shared bathrooms. The units are fully equipped, and the beds are made up. A spin-dryer and washing machine are available on the lower ground floor. The building is fitted with conected fire alarms.
